De 53-jarige Dean was zondag official bij het Premier League-duel tussen Liverpool en Manchester City (2-2) toen hij zag hoe City-coach Pep Guardiola helemaal gek werd langs de zijlijn.

De Spaanse trainer van The Citizens was het niet eens met een arbitrale beslissing. Hevig en druk gebarend liet hij zijn onvrede blijken. Ook richtte de coach zich tot Dean.
