Marvin Vettori had het zaterdag tijdens UFC Vegas 23 heel even héél zwaar, maar daar kon hij zelf niks aan doen. Zijn tegenstander Kevin Holland daarentegen wél en die ging dan ook niet vrijuit. Holland trapte Vettori vol in de ballen! En... dat mag niet.
Na een serie van trappen eindigde de laatste van de combinatie dus in Vettori's kloten. Hoewel hij nog wel door kon vechten en de partij uiteindelijk als een echte eindbaas wist te winnen, moest Vettori zijn klokkenspel gedwongen rust gunnen na de actie van Holland door even tegen de kooi te leunen.

"Waar slaat dat op, broer?" riep de 27-jarige Italiaan naar de 28-jarige Holland. "Oeps, sorry. Mijn schuld", kreeg Vettori terug. De trap viel niet alleen bij Vettori verkeerd. Figuurlijk konden MMA-fans de actie ook niet waarderen. Anderen konden een kleine giechel niet onderdrukken:
